A rare Tibetan shell toggle was used by Jewels in this wonderful necklace, which is hung on hand-hammered silver chain from Jewels studio. The turquoise was embedded in the surface of the shell for protection and the shell has a lovely glossy patina from age and use. The chain was originally 18 inches long; a crown knotted extension was added for additional length and can be removed if desired.
