This wonderfully graphic carved wooden milk jug is from Nepal. It measures 10" in height and has a graceful stylized animal carved as a handle from the same piece of wood. The top rim is banded with metal and the two wire loops are securely tied. It has the faint smell of sweet milk if you really sniff hard and there are some understandable rodent nibbles on the bottom edge. Please see other views below.
