A betelnut mortar from Coastal Ramu River area, Papua New Guinea. With classic long-nosed ancestral faces on either side, a nice golden brown glossy patina, and remnants of betelnut in the bowl, this one measures 4.7” high. Pre-1920.  #2337  SOLD
