This dramatic iron prestige scepter is from Ethiopia/Sudan. The front and back surface is covered with raised curvilinear lines reminiscent of Arabic script and the shape refers to that of some throwing knives. It measures 25” high by 11” wide. Early 20th century. Ex Robert Dowling.  #5929  SOLD
