A graphically powerful rattan mat from the Dayak of Borneo, this was was field collected by Francois Coppens and measures 76” wide by 52” high. It is evenly rectangular in shape; the reverse photo below was taken at an odd angle. There are two areas of repair along the edges, otherwise it is in great condition.
